Restocks of styles and/or sizes depends on the availability within our network of specialty collectors, trusted retailers and verified consignees.  We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.

Currently we are unable to accept trades or size swaps for any pairs or clothing item. 

We do accept consignments from our verified consignee’s. To become a verified consignee you must complete this form and await your profile approval.

If your items sent to us have been found to be counterfeit or not in the described selling condition in our sole and reasonable discretion, the buyer of the item will be refunded the full amount. Your item(s) will be sent back to you, the shipping cost is soley the responsibility of the Consignee.

Consignee’s that send us items found to be a Fake, Replica, or Counterfeit in any nature will be be labelled with a Negative Seller Score. Once your Seller Score is at the Negative Score Threshold, your privileges as a Verified Consignee will be limited and/or Revoked completely.

Hype The Nation ensures that we only sell 100% authentic products. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits of any nature.

SHIPPING

Yes – we process and ship orders worldwide, we are able to accommodate to over 173 countries.

All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped outside of North America the responsibility of the customer. Orders over the Value of $800 USD ($1000 CAD) May be subject to Fees when receiving your order in the United States.

ORDERS

If you have any doubts regarding your received order, we are able to offer Re-Authentication services on all orders within the 3 Day Return Window. Re-authentication requests made after 3 Days of receiving your order may be subject to re-authentication Fees, Handing Fees, and Shipping Cost.

PAYMENTS

Currently you are able to checkout using Credit or Debit cards.

Along with this, we accept Interac E-Transfer, where you can save 7.5% on processing fees.  

Upon selecting Interact E-Transfer at checkout, you will receive your order confirmation via email along with instructions on how to send your payment.
