We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfillment error, please inform us by logging into your Account and clicking “Get Support”, fill out the form and a member of our team will address it promptly.
You have 3 days after the delivery of your order to inform us of the request, item(s) must be shipped to Hype The Nation within 2 days after approval for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, all packages must have a tracking number and the approved RMA number which was assigned to the return.
Once our fulfillment center has received the item, they will then begin to verify that the item being returned is in fact the same item that left the facility and is in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
All items must have:
- Intact original box
- No missing accessories
- Never worn
- Undamaged and Untampered with
Once your item has been inspected and approved for return, you will be issued store credit minus a 35% restocking fee. Store credits are non-transferable.
If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email and you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you or consigned on your behalf with us. If you choose to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. If you choose to consign the item(s), we will activate the listing(s) at the same price you paid for such item(s) and if the item(s) are sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy.
If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will consign the item(s) on your behalf and activate the listing(s) at the same price you paid for such item(s) and if the item(s) are sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Purchased on promotion, sales or with a promo code
- Mystery Box
We are unable to offer exchanges or size swaps of any kind due to the nature of our consignment marketplace. Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability.
If you purchased an incorrect size or item, you may submit a return request for a store credit. You may then use that credit to purchase the correct size or item, subject to availability. Please keep in mind that the returns process can take up to 14 business days before a Store credit is issued.

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Support team via logging into your Account click “Get Support” to file a claim.
Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Please request cancellation promptly by logging into your Account and click “Get Support” to file a Cancellation.
